During my program we will cover everything from A to Z when expecting a new baby! I have 2 program options - the Signature Newborn Package and Signature NICU Package.
We will start with discussing preparation - what to expect at delivery, how to prepare your home ahead of time, etc. Next, we will discuss all-things baby education - health/wellness, safety, newborn care, feeding, sleeping, etc.
Each and every session is 100% tailored to the individual family I am meeting with - if you just want to ask those burning questions that are on your mind instead of discussing what I have outlined - that is totally fine!
My goal is for each family to get out of our coaching whatever their goals are and to feel 100% supported while doing so, so that by the end you feel confident and competent to care for your baby!

Signature Newborn Package
This package hand-holds parents in a 1:1 virtual format through all their newborn education, questions and insecurities. Parents will transform in to feeling confident and competent in taking care of their newborn at home.
Meetings will be weekly, in a live 1:1 video-chat setting and lasting 45 minutes. In between meetings, Angela is available for impromptu questions or concerns via email. Weekly calls will give us face to face interaction and visual education opportunities. Availability via email will provide parents the opportunity to have questions answered and to be given support in between sessions.
This service provides parents the opportunity to learn in the comfort of their home - wherever they live. Goals of the program are for each parent to leave our meetings more knowledgeable, more comfortable and at ease than when they started!
All newborn care education topics will be discussed and all parental questions will be discussed and answered to the best of Angela's ability.

Signature NICU
Package
This package hand-holds parents in a 1:1 virtual format through NICU preparation, expectations and expected hospital course all the way to discharge expectations and transitioning care to home.
Meetings will be weekly, in a live 1:1 video-chat setting and lasting 30 minutes. In between meetings, Angela is available for impromptu questions or concerns via email. Weekly calls will give Angela and parent(s) a chance to interact face to face, have visual educational opportunities and provide a more personal setting for support.
This service provides parents the opportunity to be counseled on what average expectations are in the NICU and how to best support their baby during their time in the NICU through Angela's list of NICU parent education topics! Goals of this package are for parents to be more at-ease of their babys stay in the NICU.
NICU education topics will be discussed and all parental questions will be discussed and answered to the best of Angela's ability.
